Waking up on a hot autumn day in Coronado, @KirstenO turns to her sleeping Navy SEAL neighbor, Academy, remembering their heated night of passion. She heads from the bedroom into the kitchen, glancing over the dirty pots and pans piled in the sink. “Cooking by shortcut” the night before had quickly transitioned into a sexy tumble on the kitchen floor. Their lovemaking will have to be put on hold for six months, as Academy is being deployed.

The next day, Academy and KirstenO say farewell. Their early morning together is desperately heartfelt and passionate. Standing in Academy's hallway, they share one last knee-buckling kiss. Academy brings up Claymore, fearing an indiscretion during his deployment, and makes a firm request, "Promise me. Promise you won't even talk to Claymore while I'm gone." KirstenO promises, a promise she will soon regret.

Meanwhile, Chance is hard at work building his business. A start up company requires many sleepless nights. Chance and his team are fiercely determined to be successful. iPhone apps are at the forefront of his mind, but no matter how ambitious he is that cannot stop thoughts of Carly and her unplanned pregnancy from breaking his concentration.

Chance wants nothing more than to be a good father, but Carly refuses to allow him to be the picture perfect dad. Debating his next move, Chance is still unaware of the fact that Carly is carrying twins or that KByte may be the father.

Academy deploys. Will @KirstenO keep her promise to him? Will Carly allow Chance in her life again? The most important question still remains, who is the father of Carly’s twins? Stay tuned.

Last week, we found Chance working a late night in his Ikea furnished office. His business is faltering, his father won’t loan him money, and he may possibly be the father of Carly’s unborn twins. How well do you know Chance Bach?

Chance Bach is the estranged son of @mattclaymore and ex-love of Carly, @KirstenO’s Coronado gal pal turned frenemy. Ironically, Chance has yet to know his ex is his father’s Executive Assistant. Ignorance is bliss — or is it? Chance is the ambitious and entrepreneurial type of guy. The type of guy with secret insecurities he masks by being the ladies man of the Island. C2CSoap fans met Chance through an intriguing Facebook message sent to @KirstenO. Claiming to be the son born out of wedlock to @mattclaymore, he has tried everything to keep @KirstenO away from his father – the man who virtually abandoned him at the age of 12.

Chance now knows his ex-girlfriend, Carly, is pregnant and that the babies may not be his. But if the babies are his, he has vowed that he will do everything in his power to be a better dad than the one he barely knows. At the age of 28, Chance is still unaware of Claymore’s Navy SEAL past, nor does he know that KByte is to blame for his dad’s distance and has watched him from the sidelines since 1992.
